Livadia ... At the beginning of the XIX century, these lands belonged to the commander of the Balaklava Greek battalion, Colonel Revelioti. In 1860 Livadia was bought by the royal family. A year later, the old house was rebuilt for the palace, the construction of another one - the Small Palace and outbuildings. Were put in order and vineyards, occupying 43 descendants, built a wine-cellar. And already in 1910-1911, in place of the old palace, a new White Palace was built, perfectly preserved to the present day.
