The Crimean nature reserve has the most respectable age in comparison with the rest of the reserves, since it was established in 1923. Also, the Crimean nature reserve has the largest area. The territory of the reserve stretches from Yalta to Alushta. And to everything else, the Crimean nature reserve is full of interesting natural sights.
If, for example, to come to Crimea by car, then the
reserve can be visited individually, having previously applied to the
directorate for permission. To do this, you need to come to Alushta, as the
administration of the Crimean nature reserve is located in this resort town.
Crimean nature reserve can also be sent as part of the
excursion group. The bus will take tourists to the winding serpentine -
Romanovskoye highway, and the first stop will take place in the trout farm.
Further the road will round the ancient Kosmo-Damianovsky Monastery, which is
now revived, and every year on July 14, the day of the Reverend Kosma and
Damian, pilgrims from many corners of the earth aspire here, as well as a
century and a half ago.
Passing the monastery, the road climbs even higher up
the hill. Near the most interesting places on the route there are stops, in
particular, near the sites, so that tourists can enjoy the beautiful views of
the Black Sea coast. At an altitude of 590 meters above sea level there is the Kebit-Bogaz
pass. There is a monument to the partisans who fought in 1941-1944 with German
occupiers in the territory of the Crimean reserve.
Stopping at the Chucheli Pass, at an altitude of 1150
meters, stands in all its glory to admire the highest peak of the Crimea - the
Roman-Kosh mountain, whose height is 1545 meters. Next stop at the Gazebo ofthe Winds. From here you can see amazing views of the mountain Crimea and most
of the Southern Coast of Crimea. Near the "Red Stone" you can stand and
see how it looks from the height of Yalta, as well as breathe in the smells of
pine needles, which spreads a thick pine forest.
